Replacing the V-24 XB-105 compressor, it pairs a lightweight, 5-axis-machined billet impeller with a high-diffusion housing and a shaft-support design developed for demanding racing speeds and accelerations.

Manufacturer part number 2G448-154 features clockwise (CW) rotation, straight discharge and a black finish. The V-30 uses engine-oil lubrication rather than a self-contained oil reservoir; an auxiliary lubrication system can also be fabricated.

Manufacturer-rated specifications

Internal step-up ratio: 4.21:1

Maximum speed: 65,000 RPM

Maximum boost: 35+ PSI

Maximum airflow: 2,900+ CFM

Maximum power capability: 1,700+ HP

Peak efficiency: 75%+

Ratings describe compressor capability, not a guaranteed power gain.
