Soler SE8223-87-80 Adapter Kit, 87 / 91mm Throttle Body to 80mm L83 / L84 5.3L Inlet

Connect a compatible 87mm throttle body or Soler Performance 91mm-effective throttle body to an L83/L84 5.3L V8 manifold or compatible supercharger with an 80mm inlet.

The SE8223-87-80 adapter uses a self-centering screw pattern and tapered transition designed to align the bores. It clocks the throttle body 10 degrees counter-clockwise when viewed from the front. A low-compression-set silicone seal and corrosion-resistant hardware support sealing and installation.

Compatibility

Soler lists L83/L84 5.3L GM trucks and SUVs with an 80mm stock or compatible aftermarket manifold/supercharger inlet. Silverado/Sierra collection placement is limited to matching 5.3L L83/L84 configurations, not every year, engine, or trim in those collections.

Confirm exact model year, engine code, throttle-body model, inlet bore, bolt pattern, electrical compatibility, blade clearance, and intake routing with Soler before ordering. Do not assume every newer truck uses the same throttle body. The source title references L86/96 on the throttle-body side; that does not make this an adapter for every L86/L96 engine application.
